電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，通過(guò)人機(jī)對(duì)話方式，完成對(duì)絕緣介質(zhì)材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)。

適用于對(duì)固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹(shù)脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復(fù)合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下?lián)舸╇妷?，擊穿?qiáng)度和耐電壓的測(cè)試。

  1、門限位保護(hù)：不關(guān)門，即使通電點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)始，設(shè)備無(wú)任何反應(yīng)，軟件會(huì)有:安全門未關(guān)閉提示。

     5、如果在擊穿后未判停，通過(guò)過(guò)流保護(hù)器采集數(shù)據(jù)保證電壓自動(dòng)歸零

     6、有高壓指示燈，通過(guò)觀察指示燈的狀態(tài)來(lái)判斷實(shí)在升壓還是在零位

     7、如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間做實(shí)驗(yàn)，為保證設(shè)備的良好運(yùn)行，設(shè)備留有變壓器排氣口，保證變壓器的良好運(yùn)行，增長(zhǎng)使用壽命

整機(jī)組成：

1、升壓部件：由調(diào)壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。

2、動(dòng)部件：由步進(jìn)電機(jī)均勻調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。

3、檢測(cè)部件：由集成電路組成的測(cè)量電路。通過(guò)信號(hào)線把檢測(cè)的模擬信號(hào)和開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。

設(shè)備機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)

　　1.本儀器主機(jī)分為上下兩層.上層為試驗(yàn)小室.內(nèi)置試驗(yàn)電極系統(tǒng)、用防紫外線有機(jī)玻璃門封閉,便于觀察并確保安全.上有通風(fēng)孔(實(shí)驗(yàn)完畢后,可自動(dòng)排風(fēng)).試驗(yàn)室的內(nèi)面板后面,裝有高壓電路的保護(hù)電阻及高頻抑制電感等.

　　2. 儀器下層為電氣箱.右后部裝有高壓試驗(yàn)變壓器,右前部為調(diào)壓器及步進(jìn)電極升壓裝置,前部為主電路控制電路及單片機(jī)電子線路板.(為防止干擾,電路部分將數(shù)字電路與模擬電路分開(kāi)).內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),均實(shí)現(xiàn)屏蔽、隔離.

　　3.試驗(yàn)變壓器采用干式變壓器,具有絕緣性能好、性能穩(wěn)定,損耗低,無(wú)污染,免維護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn).升壓裝置采用,步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制調(diào)壓器進(jìn)行自動(dòng)升壓.
