耐擊穿電壓強度測試儀整機組成：

1、升壓部件：由調(diào)壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。

2、動部件：由步進電機均勻調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。

3、檢測部件：由集成電路組成的測量電路。通過信號線把檢測的模擬信號和開關信號傳給計算機。

4、計算機軟件：通過智能電路把由檢測設備采集的測控信號傳給計算機。計算機根據(jù)采集的信息控制設備運行并處理試驗結(jié)果。

5、試驗電極：根據(jù)國家標準(1408.1-2006)隨設備提供三個電極，具體規(guī)格為：Ф25mm×25mm兩個；Ф75mm×25mm一個。

安全保護功能：

◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

◆ 設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

◆ 該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。

◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

◆ 試驗放電裝置，隨主機為一體化，改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。

注意事項：
1、介電擊穿強度試驗儀安裝時應具有獨立的接地線。
2、在開機前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正?，F(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。
