設(shè)備安全保護(hù)功能：

◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進(jìn)行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

◆ 設(shè)備要安裝單獨的保護(hù)地線。接保護(hù)地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機(jī)失控。

◆ 該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護(hù)措施，主要有：過流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗放電報警等。

◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗時,當(dāng)開啟試驗門時設(shè)備會自動報警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

注意事項：

●本儀器試驗過程中如空氣相對濕度大于70%，兩電極間空氣放電的距離會增加很多，所以試驗中請與儀器保持1.2米的距離。

●本儀器之控制計算機(jī)專為電壓擊穿試驗機(jī)設(shè)計，請勿隨意添加和刪除程序或移作它用。

●本公司保留對設(shè)備改進(jìn)的權(quán)利，并不另行通知用戶。

注意事項：

1、介電擊穿強(qiáng)度試驗儀安裝時應(yīng)具有獨立的接地線。
2、在開機(jī)前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正?，F(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進(jìn)行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。

安全說明：

試驗在較高電壓下進(jìn)行，所以我們在設(shè)計時加以必要的保護(hù)措施以防止發(fā)生意外。

1．試驗在試驗箱中進(jìn)行，試樣可放在空氣中或變壓器油中。50KV電壓頭安全放電距離對四周均小于200mm，試驗時即使觸到箱壁也不會發(fā)生危險。

2．升壓變壓器高壓側(cè)尾端及儀器外殼是連接在一起的，即儀器外殼與該地點的地是等電位。

3．電路保護(hù)：儀器設(shè)有過流保護(hù)、過壓保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)電路等。

交直流試驗的切換

1）本儀器高壓輸出為交流電壓。直流的獲得方式為在原回路中串入高壓硅堆，使測試回路為脈動的直流電壓。實現(xiàn)的過程為，硅堆已經(jīng)在高壓變壓器的高壓絕緣塔中，平時用一個短路桿把高壓硅堆短接。需要直流試驗時，取出短路桿，使高壓硅堆接入測試電路中，這時回路的電壓為脈動的直流電壓。

2）前面板直流交流選擇按鈕。該按鈕的狀態(tài)不能改變設(shè)備輸出的電壓性質(zhì)。按下該按鈕，設(shè)備僅僅是把直流報警電路接入。指示用戶，當(dāng)打開箱門時，您需要對高壓均壓球放電。轉(zhuǎn)動放電桿，使放電桿的端部銅球接觸高壓均壓球。建議用戶每次放電銅球接觸高壓均壓球時間大于五秒。

3）試驗的交直流電壓切換，主要取決于高壓絕緣塔中的短路桿是否取出。當(dāng)取出短路桿時，高壓均壓球上的電壓為直流電壓，插入短路桿時，高壓均壓球上的電壓為交流電壓。短路桿的取出、插入?yún)⒖醋髠?cè)的示意圖。

4）在直流試驗時，計算機(jī)也要選擇直流狀態(tài)，否則測的結(jié)果是不正確的。簡單的說，交流電壓與直流電壓有倍的關(guān)系。
